Designing Effective Marketing Pieces by Lauren Henkin

Lauren Henkin is a fine art photographer based in Oregon. In this Blog post she shares some of her printed marketing pieces and valuable tips. Lauren uses two online printers, Modern Postcard and PS Print. She uses Modern Postcard for most pieces because their printing is more accurate and predictable, quality control is better, and they do a much better job printing black and white images. PS Print is cheaper than Modern Postcard. She uses them for pieces that may have a higher likelihood of being discarded, or when the budget is extra tight. A good example of how to save money is her "Multiple Pieces in One" example where she combined two postcards for upcoming shows and business cards on one 5x7 postcard.
